2020 has been an extra-ordinary year for the best of us.
But for blues-rock giants, Steady Rollin’, their leap from the tiny republic of El Salvador, to music pages and radio waves across America, Europe and beyond, is quite remarkable.
The climax of the bands success is their release of a stunning vinyl edition of their album, Love & Loss!
The album was originally released in 2017; the 10 tracks tell a love-related story from band member Fernando Poma’s real life experience. Set against the musical backing of twists between emotional blues and sinuous rock, the record is a squall of alternative power.
Guitarist and lead vocalist, Fernando is joined by Benjamin Andrade on drums and backing vocals, and Gerardo Pardo on bass. After capturing the hearts and minds of audiences in their native South America, the release of just 100 copies pressed on double vinyl will please a lucky few die-hard fans from across the world.

The band have also recently released a standalone single “Impossible”.
“Fresh from winning over their native Latin America, Blues rock titans Steady Rollin’ are getting ready to take on the world…the warm, fuzzy vibe of standalone recent single ‘Impossible’ is the sound of a band in their element.”

Inspired by artists such as The Who, Cream and The Rolling Stones, Steady Rollin’s reputation as a rock band is one of authenticity and class; rejecting studio trickery, the band also record their tracks in the live tradition of their music heroes.
The double vinyl is being released in tandem with a brand new video from the album-track “Call By Me 2”, which includes some brilliant footage of the band playing live.
Singer and guitarist Fernando Poma has played music for as long as he can remember. Moving on from the drums as a young child, he grew an obsessive fascination for guitars, which remains today. He feels music has always been his calling, a passion which is tangible in every song he performs. Fernando is also regarded as a champion of the El Salvadorian music scene, helping to give local bands the opportunity to play live around the capital, San Salvador.
Benjamin Andrade’s interest in music started back in 1994 when he started listening to Led Zeppelin, Rush, Metallica and other rock bands. His talent has driven him to establish several successful music bands, such as Kroma, Ultraviolet and Alter Ego. Nowadays, he is committed to Steady Rollin’ and to his role as Yamaha Music’s official drumming representative for El Salvador.
Gerardo Pardo is a professional bass and guitar player, adding expertise and a melancholic note to Steady Rollin’s compositions.
